ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING? NOT SURE HOW IT ALL WORKS? YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.
At The Kids Nook, we understand that navigating therapy funding and rebates can feel confusing. There are a number of options that may help with the cost of Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services.
-
> PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
Families with private health insurance may be eligible for a rebate for Speech Pathology and/or Occupational Therapy.
Please check with your health fund to confirm your level of cover and available rebate.

* Eligible patients may access rebates for up to 8 assessment/diagnostic sessions and 20 treatment sessions.

> MEDICARE GP-CCMP
Children with an eligible chronic condition may be able to access Medicare rebates for Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy through a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan.

> NDIS
Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy may be funded through the NDIS for eligible participants where the support relates to their plan goals and meets NDIS requirements. The Kids Nook supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. At this time, we are unable to support NDIA-Managed participants. If you have questions about using your NDIS funding for therapy, please get in touch with our team.
PLEASE NOTE
